What you will be doing:
Provide professional and contemporary generalist HR advice, support and assistance to support the HR Business Partnering function in the delivery of:
- Performance Management
- Case Management
- Job Evaluation and PD development
- Workforce Planning
- Interpretation and advice on Council’s directives, policies, procedures and relevant industrial instruments
- People related projects, as required.
- Relevant HR qualifications and experience
- Experience in Local Council or State government is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset and approach, with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service mindset to ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
