Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on commercial sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Refrigerant Handling License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a fully qualified HVAC technician.
- Experience on commercial or industrial sites.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with an enthusiasm to continue to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
- Hourly pay of $50 - $60 plus super depending on experience.
- Company vehicle with fuel card & e tag.
