A leading HVAC-services company with more than 30 years’ experience in servicing and installing building systems, and provides full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
They have a solid pipeline of projects lined up for 2026 across education, defence, commercial, and infrastructure upgrades. Project values range up to $20m. Some projects are through builders and some with direct end user clients, where you'd be acting as the principal contractor.
What your day looks like:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
- Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager delivering large-scale projects from start to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning within commercial environments.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $140k + super + car/ allowance
