The Opportunity
An established mechanical services contractor specialising in HVAC installations, upgrades and refurbishments across commercial buildings is looking for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their team.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across hospital fit-outs, university upgrades, commercial fit-outs and mechanical replacement works, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney.
You'll take ownership of site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Manage day-to-day site operations across HVAC installation, fit-out, upgrade and replacement projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, suppliers and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and relevant Australian Standards.
- Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance with WHS requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to resolve site issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager, Site Supervisor or in a similar mechanical services role.
- Strong background in commercial HVAC installation, fit-outs, upgrades or mechanical replacement projects.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on safety, quality and project delivery.
