About the Role:
As an ICT Application Support Officer, you will provide frontline support and resolve incidents and service requests related to TechnologyOne
systems.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and support ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support for TechnologyOne systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Support system improvements and user training initiatives
