Public Sector People are working with a local council to recruit for an experienced ICT Application Support Officer
to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is an immediate start opportunity supporting key business systems across council operations.
About the Role:
As an ICT Application Support Officer, you will provide frontline support and resolve incidents and service requests related to TechnologyOne (OnCouncil)
systems – with a focus on Ci Anywhere (CiA)
and Ci
environments.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and support ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support for TechnologyOne OnCouncil systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Support system improvements and user training initiatives
- Strong experience supporting TechnologyOne OnCouncil
- Proficient in Ci Anywhere (CiA) and legacy Ci environments
- Experience managing and resolving service tickets
- Completion of the following TechOne training modules:
- Analytics Fundamentals
- ETL Fundamentals
- Business Process Automation
