Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of ICT support officers providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across desktop, network, and business applications.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and service requests that require advanced troubleshooting or coordination with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain and support key business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, document management systems), working with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents or implement improvements.
- Contribute to IT project planning and implementation related to service delivery, end-user computing, and application enhancements.
- Identify training needs within the team and support skills development and cross-skilling.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies, security standards, and procedures.
- Proven experience in an ICT coordination or senior support role with team oversight responsibilities.
- Strong technical background across desktop support, network troubleshooting, and enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting or administering business applications such as CRM, ERP, or records management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced ICT environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience working within an ITIL-aligned service environment is highly desirable.
