Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and escalate hardware and software issues to internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage and update IT service desk tickets in line with ITIL best practices.
- Assist with user account security and system access management.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents reported by users.
- Liaise with third-party technology suppliers and service providers.
- Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Diploma of Information Technology.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused IT professional with strong technical support experience, excellent problem-solving skills.. They will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft environments and endpoint devices while maintaining a proactive approach to service delivery and continuous improvement.
