Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Request Management
- Manage daily ServiceNow Infrastructure operations, including request triage, logging, tracking, and closure
- Act as the main point of contact for infrastructure requests
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of the request lifecycl
- Liaise with business users to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Coordinate across technical and delivery teams
- Support timely and effective decision-making
- Coordinate end-to-end approval and governance processes
- Prepare briefing notes, decision papers, and supporting documentation
- Maintain full audit trail and ensure compliance with governance frameworks

- Experience in ServiceNow administration or coordination
