The Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing solar business in Victoria seeking an Installation Manager to lead and scale installation operations across residential projects, with expansion into commercial systems (50–250kW).
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivery, performance, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end installation delivery from post-sale through to completion
- Ensure projects are compliant, installation-ready, and delivered on time
- Lead and manage in-house and subcontractor installation teams
- Optimise scheduling, workforce allocation, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards across quality, safety, and compliance
- Reduce defects and improve installation performance
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, design, and procurement
- Support the delivery and growth of commercial solar projects
- Drive process improvement and scalable operational systems
- Proven experience managing solar installation operations end-to-end
- Strong leadership experience across multiple installation teams
- Solid understanding of Australian solar and electrical compliance standards
- Hands-on technical background with strong site-level credibility
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and operational performance
- Experience delivering commercial solar projects (50–250kW)
- Experience scaling installation teams or functions
