The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating insurance-related building works across residential properties.
- Conduct on-site assessments and scope works
- Prepare estimates using internal software (full training provided)
- Manage approximately 5–6 jobs per day
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
About You
- Experience in estimating, construction, or trade background (carpentry/building highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- Based in Brisbane or Gold Coast
- $110,000 – $115,000 + Super
