Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, briefs and creative direction aligned with each venue’s character and broader brand vision.
- Lead spatial planning, interior design, FF&E selection, finishes, materials, lighting and detailing.
- Manage project delivery across multiple sites — including procurement, contractor and supplier coordination, scheduling, site reviews and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, venue managers and operations teams to ensure design solutions meet functional, operational and budget requirements.
- Prepare and maintain clear design documentation, presentations and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar.
- 4+ years’ experience in interior design, ideally with commercial or hospitality project exposure.
- Strong design software capability (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering tools).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Strong organisation and time-management — comfortable overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Passion for creating hospitality spaces with atmosphere, functionality and attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality/F&B interiors (pubs, hotels, taverns, restaurants).
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel across venues.
- Influence the full design and delivery of hospitality venues that have meaningful community impact.
- Work across a diverse pipeline of refurbishments, redevelopments and new-build projects.
- Supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth as the portfolio expands.
