You’ll play a key role in delivering change across a range of IT projects, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end change management activities across IT projects
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Develop and implement change and communication plans
- Support business readiness and user adoption
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Strong experience in IT change management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in complex project environments
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Familiar with change frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR (desirable)
- Contract with a well-established government organisation
- Great team environment on the Sunshine Coast
- Opportunity to work on meaningful IT projects
