We are looking for someone who has government experience in a similar position (local, state or federal).
In this role, you will:
- Coach teams in Agile values, principles, and practices, modelling an Agile mindset
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support teams in planning, understanding, and achieving their goals
- Shape and tailor Agile processes to suit team maturity and ensure adherence to agreed frameworks
- Foster a safe, trusting environment where teams can raise issues and collaborate effectively
- Support teams to become self-managing, self-organising, and continuously improving
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs
- Manage dependencies across teams and protect delivery focus from external disruption
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting activities
- Analyse risks, identify opportunities, and support innovative problem solving
- Contribute to Agile capability uplift across the organisation, including mentoring junior Scrum Masters and supporting communities of practice
- Long-term 12-month contract
