About the Company Our client is a well-established and award-winning custom home builder known for delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Sydney’s South. With a strong reputation, a growing project pipeline, and a collaborative team environment, they are now seeking a Junior CA to grow with the business.
About the Role You will work closely with a Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Managers to support the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction through to handover. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience or a recent graduate looking to build a career in luxury construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and scopes of work
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Process purchase orders and variations
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Support the team with tendering and procurement
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role OR a relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, QS, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and a willingness to learn
- Passion for high-end residential construction
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Buildxact, Cheops or similar – a plus, not essential)
