This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience (or strong administration experience) looking to build a career in document control, compliance, and quality assurance within a structured technical environment.
Document Control & Management
- Maintain document registers and electronic filing systems
- Manage version control, numbering, and document formatting
- Process incoming/outgoing transmittals
- Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of project documentation
- Ensure documentation aligns with QA standards and company procedures
- Support ISO compliance and internal audits
- Maintain controlled document templates and workflows
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Track submissions, approvals, and deliverables
- Assist with document reviews and close-out documentation
- Update document management systems (DMS)
- Track revisions, drawing registers, and project deliverables
- Generate document status reports
- Provide system support to internal stakeholders
- Identify process improvements within document workflows
- Assist in maintaining digital document control systems
- As a Junior Document Controller you'll have 1–2 years’ experience in document control or administration (construction, engineering, infrastructure highly regarded)
- This Junior Document Controller must have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The Junior Document Controller will have intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- This Junior Document Controller will have strong written and verbal communication skills
- As the Junior Document Controller you will have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
