About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager with at least 2–5 years’ experience to support the delivery of hospitality projects from early planning through to completion.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from coordination to site support, giving you strong all-round development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, programming, and cost tracking
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and consultants
- Support procurement and scheduling of materials
- Attend site visits and monitor progress
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Help manage client communication and variations
- Ensure site safety and compliance standards are maintained
- 2–5 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role or Junior PM role
- Experience in fit outs or construction (hospitality exposure a bonus)
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Building, or similar
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn
- Work closely with experienced owners and gain real mentorship
