Role Purpose
- Strengthen existing B2B customer relationships and expand new channels in Australia.
- Capitalise on government rebates and the growing renewable energy market.
- Drive revenue growth and market share in the energy storage sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with VIP/key B2B customers; conduct regular reviews, forecasting, and order tracking.
- Develop and manage sales channels, including planning strategies, providing support, and ensuring target execution.
- Lead account planning to achieve revenue and market share goals; monitor accounts, forecasts, and financials.
- Collect and analyse project opportunities across channels; maintain customer/project files.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver product solutions for industrial and commercial customers.
- Monitor industry and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Manage daily sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Drive and coordinate marketing activities/events to enhance engagement.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5+ years B2B sales experience (renewables, battery, PV, inverter, high-tech) – ideally via indirect channels (distributors/dealers).
- Bilingual Mandarin–English(essential for HQ and local customer liaison).
- Strong account management and portfolio management experience with proven results.
- Knowledge of energy storage, PV, inverters, or renewable energy installation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship management.
- Base: 100K–120K
- Bonuses: Quarterly + annual (~50% of base if targets met)
- Meal allowance: $30/day
