We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the successful delivery of major projects across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a senior role focused on developing strategic accounts, securing new business opportunities, supporting tenders and pre-construction activities, and ensuring seamless project handovers to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Manager you will develop and manage key client relationships and strategic accounts.
- This Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth through new and existing clients.
- The Business Development Manager will support tender submissions, bid strategies, and pre-construction activities.
- As the Business Development Manager you'll review proposals, commercial submissions, and contract opportunities.
- The Business Development Manager will facilitate professional project handover meetings between sales and delivery teams.
- This Business Development Manager will maintain accurate pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking via Pipedrive.
- Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or Commercial roles.
- Strong experience in client relationship management and revenue generation.
- Commercially astute with contract and proposal review experience.
- Experience supporting tenders and project-based environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
- $170,000 – $200,000 base salary
