Public Sector People is recruiting experienced Parks Labourers for a temporary opportunity with the City of Moreton Bay based in Arana Hills. If you have horticulture experience and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Role: Labourer – Parks
- Council: City of Moreton Bay
- Location: Arana Hills
- Pay Rate:$34.96 per hour + Super
- Engagement Type: Temporary Labour Hire
Working within the Parks team, you'll help maintain Council parks, gardens and open spaces to a high standard.
Duties may include:
- Mowing, whipper snipping and brush cutting
- Garden and turf maintenance
- Planting, pruning and mulching
- Weed control and general horticultural duties
- Operating small plant and equipment
- General labouring and parks maintenance tasks
- Previous horticulture or parks maintenance experience
- Current Class C driver's licence (MR licence highly desirable)
- White Card
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Your updated CV (please list relevant tickets and licences)
