Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading renewable energy developer with a strong pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar, BESS and hybrid energy projects across Australia.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to expand the grid connection team to support across multiple large-scale renewable projects within the NEM.

- Manage and coordinate AEMO, NSP and consultant interactions
- Oversee GPS processes and connection approval pathways
- Review and manage power system studies and technical deliverables
- Provide technical and strategic input during development, design and delivery phases
- Identify technical risks and drive solutions throughout the connection process
- 7+ years’ experience within the Australian energy sector
- Strong NEM grid connection experience across renewable energy projects
- Solid understanding of AEMO processes, NSP/TNSP requirements and GPS frameworks
- Experience managing consultants and external stakeholders
- Background in power systems, grid connection, or renewable energy engineering
- Engineering degree qualifications
