We are looking for experienced Carpenters and Leading Hands to join our team working on a strong pipeline of high-end residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
With projects ranging from $5M – $15M+, this is an opportunity to secure long-term, consistent work with a quality-focused construction company delivering some of Sydney’s most prestigious homes.
The Role We are looking for skilled and motivated tradesmen who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional team.
Depending on your experience, the role can be suited to either an experienced Carpenter looking to progress or an established Leading Hand capable of taking responsibility on site.
You will be involved in:
- High-end residential construction and renovations
- Projects valued between $5M – $15M+
- Detailed architectural builds with high-quality finishes
- Managing day-to-day carpentry and construction activities
- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation
- For Leading Hands, assisting with coordinating trades and keeping works on program
- Proven experience in high-end residential construction
- Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on architecturally designed homes is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- A strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Leading Hand experience is highly regarded
- Relevant Australian construction experience
- $100,000 – $135,000 + Super, depending on experience
