The Role
Working across townhouse developments and light industrial builds, you’ll play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site
- Assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
- Maintaining high standards of WHS compliance
- Managing site logistics and materials
- Leading from the front with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Has proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter in residential or industrial construction
- Has experience on townhouse projects (highly desirable)
- Can read and interpret drawings confidently
- Is organised, proactive, and confident managing trades
- Holds a White Card (essential)
- Has strong knowledge of local building practices and safety standards
