Our client is a highly regarded residential builder specializing in luxury new homes and high-end renovation projects across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. With a reputation built on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, we deliver bespoke residential projects valued up to $5 million.
Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
The Role Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of luxury residential projects from commencement through to completion. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated construction professional looking to further develop their career with a quality-focused builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise luxury residential new builds and renovations valued up to $5 million
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Maintain project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved
- Monitor workmanship and uphold exceptional quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Liaise professionally with clients, architects, consultants, and trades
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Trade-qualified Carpenter preferred
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman, or Site Supervisor
- Proven experience delivering custom homes and luxury renovation projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- White Card and current driver's licence essential
- Up to $115,000 + Superannuation
