This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Leading Hand or Foreman who is ready to step away from the tools and take ownership of a project with the full backing and mentorship of an experienced builder.
You’ll join the team on a $30M apartment development in Miranda comprising 28 high-end apartments, working closely alongside an experienced senior leadership team who are invested in helping you succeed.
They are not necessarily looking for a polished Site Manager already running projects independently, they are looking for someone hungry, motivated and eager to take the next major step in their construction career.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities and subcontractor management
- Assisting with programming, sequencing and site logistics
- Driving quality outcomes and maintaining presentation standards across site
- Conducting toolbox talks and helping maintain a strong safety-first culture
- Supporting structural, façade and finishes coordination
- Working closely with consultants and trades to resolve on-site issues
- Learning the full delivery process of a multi-residential project from experienced mentors
- Trade-qualified carpenter with strong residential or commercial experience
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Carpenter Foreman or Junior Foreman
- Keen to transition into full-time site leadership and progress your career
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with trades and subcontractors
- Organised, motivated and genuinely eager to learn
- Salary package up to $140,000 + Super, depending on experience
