are working with a government organisation within Brisbane who are seeking multiple Learning & Development Officers on a unique 6-month contract opportunity.
Benefits
- Pay: Up to $55-$85 hour + 11.5% super
- Location: Brisbane/CBD
- Client: State Government
- Start date: August 2025
- Contract length: 6-month contract with extension
- Hours: 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday – WFH
The Role
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, project team and key stakeholders across the department to source and package enterprise training material to be suitable for delivery to external contractors.
- Understand training requirements and approaches for Onboarding and Train the Trainer programs.
- Develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with the agreed parameters of project success and effectiveness criteria.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Design and develop training content and materials (e.g. User guides, videos, FAQs, and other resources).
