This is a permanent, full-time position

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of high-speed packaging machinery in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance of production equipment
- The Maintenance Fitter will diagnose and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- This Maintenance Fitter will support equipment installation and commissioning
- Maintaining records in line with GMP and internal systems along with other Maintenance Fitter's
- The Maintenance Fitter will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying and contributing to process improvements
- Relevant trade qualification – Fitter or Fitter & Turner
- Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging(pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and commitment to reliability
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
