You’ll be joining a close-knit maintenance team supporting a site known for its quality products and culture of continuous improvement. The night shift role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are met.
The Role:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across a high-speed manufacturing site
- Support with breakdowns and ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
- Work independently overnight, with support from the wider maintenance team when required
- Assist with equipment isolations, changeovers, and mechanical rebuilds
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III or IV)
- Experience in beverage, dairy, or food manufacturing essential
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confident working autonomously on night shift
- Excellent communication and safety focus
