Looking to take the next step in your maintenance career? We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to drive performance and reliability in this fast-moving, fully automated FMCG manufacturing site based in Seven Hills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a Maintenance Lead you will be leading and motivating a team of 4 experienced Fitters on the day shift
• This Maintenance Lead will be overseeing breakdown, preventative, and corrective maintenance across high-speed packaging and processing lines
• As a Maintenance Lead you will be troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep the plant running at peak efficiency
• The Maintenance Lead will Collaborating with production and engineering teams to schedule and prioritise work
• The Maintenance lead will be driving a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with WHS standards
• As the Maintenance Lead you will contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades

• Trade-qualified (Mechanical Fitter or similar)
• Previous experience in a senior maintenance role – FMCG or manufacturing preferred
• Confident leading a small team and getting your hands dirty when needed
• Solid fault-finding skills – especially with conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics & automation
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
• Safety-conscious and team-focused

• $60.18 per hour – steady day shift schedule
