A leading manufacturing company based in Glendenning is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function and drive operational performance across the facility.

- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical capability, people management experience, and a focus on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- As Maintenance Manager you will lead, mentor, and manage the site maintenance team
- The Maintenance Manager will coordinate preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
- This Maintenance Manager will oversee the repair, servicing, and installation of manufacturing equipment
- The Maintenance Manager will maintain high standards of workplace health and safety compliance
- As the Maintenance Manager you'll manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships
- The Maintenance Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
- This Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance-related projects and capital works activities
- This Maintenance Manager will ensure maintenance systems, schedules, and records are effectively maintained
- The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Supervisor role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and plant equipment
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Trade qualification and/or engineering background highly regarded
