This is a hands on role with minimal office time. The role will involve client handovers, coordinating maintenance across multiple homes and staying on top of admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake day to day maintenance tasks across residential properties
- Prepare homes for settlements and client walkthroughs, ensuring homes are ready on schedule
- Prioritise and schedule maintenance work around settlement timelines and home readiness
- Complete administrative duties via laptop, both on the road and from home
- Occasional time in the office as required
- Experience in maintenance or property services preferred
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate tasks across multiple locations
- Comfortable working independently and travelling around the region (Dubbo, covering wider regions including Forbes, Parkes, Orange and Bathurst)
- Proficient with laptops and digital scheduling/administration tools
- Permanent role, with flexibility to work remotely or from regional office as needed
