As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting end-to-end marketing activities that drive brand awareness and engage new home buyers. 

Responsibilities include: 
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager & growing Home Consultant team
  • Graphic design & creation for both digital and print content
  • Update, maintain and create new content for brochures, signage, booklets, branded merchandise, websites etc. 
  • Social media coordination
  • Managing & updating website
  • Liaising with and managing external contractors (SEO & Programmatic ads)
  • Creating monthly EDM’s
  • Organising new display home launches, events & trade shows
  • Ad-hoc marketing support as required
About you: 
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Previous experience in the residential construction, property, or real estate industry (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Indesign, HubSpot and CapCut
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
