Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all marketing initiatives – from brand development and digital strategy to campaign execution and being the first point of contact for new clients. This is a hands-on role for a forward-thinking professional who understands the luxury market and can elevate the company’s profile across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility
- Manage digital channels, including website, social media, and digitial communication platforms
- Create and oversee content across all marketing touchpoints
- Coordinate public relations and media opportunities
- Analyse campaign performance and report on enquiry generation and key marketing metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
- Driving high-quality client enquiries through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strong brand positioning
- Act as the face of the company’s marketing presence, being the first point of contact for new clients
- Proven experience as a marketing Manager within the luxury property, design, commercial, or building supplier sectors
- Proven capability to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
- Exceptional organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
