You’ll be part of a technically strong engineering team that’s involved from design development through to commissioning and handover, ensuring practical, high-quality outcomes across all project stages.
What your day looks like:
- Develop and coordinate detailed HVAC design for D&C projects.
- Provide technical support through procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and compliant.
- Participate in design reviews and offer value engineering solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system validation to ensure project quality and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience working with a mechanical services or HVAC contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of D&C project delivery, including coordination, design review, and commissioning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- For senior roles – proven experience leading design and delivery teams on large-scale mechanical projects - ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
