An established mechanical services contractor is seeking a proven Project Manager to deliver commercial projects ranging from $1M to $12M. Working within a well-supported team and reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and commercially successful.
This opportunity suits someone with a strong background in contractor-side project management, not purely site-based, who is confident overseeing all aspects of delivery from procurement through to completion.

The Role:
- Deliver commercial mechanical services projects from $1M to $12M
- Take full ownership of projects from procurement through to completion
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Oversee programme and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Liaise with builders, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with estimating and senior management teams
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (contractor side)
- Background within a Tier 2 or strong Tier 3 mechanical contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects (fit-out and/or new build)
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Experience managing direct labour and full project lifecycle
- Not purely site-based — must have end-to-end PM experience
- Organised, driven, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders
- $140K–$160K + vehicle + benefits
