Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside seniors to manage commercial projects from concept to completion
- Design Development – design concepts, functional design and aesthetic development
- Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes
- Modelling and documentation – test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender & construction packages
- FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with lead times and budgets
- Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit, furniture & storage audit)
- Presentations – visualisation and communication
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience as an Interior Designer
- Qualification in Interior Design or similar
- Highly proficient with Revit
- Experience with planning and designing commercial office fit outs
- A creative, professional portfolio showcasing design style
- Passion and desire to create modern and cutting-edge design
- Great attention to detail and high-level presentations
- Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals
- Must come from a strong design and construct background
