We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join the growing team. As an Interior Designer, you will be an all-rounder with a collaborate approach, bringing your design vision to life and ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the design team to create design concepts and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Develop floor plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations.
- Source materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements that align with the project’s vision and budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- A degree or qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years' proven experience as an Interior Designer.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and/or similar programs.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and visualization skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
