The Role
This is an opportunity for a Mid–Senior Interior Designer to take ownership of projects from concept through to documentation, working closely with clients and the internal delivery team. You’ll play a key role in shaping workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions
- Prepare initial space planning and floorplans
- Develop look & feel concepts, including finishes, materials, and mood boards
- Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction
- Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams
- Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors
- Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion
- 4–8+ years’ experience in interior design (commercial / workplace / fitout preferred)
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (essential)
- Strong space planning and technical documentation skills
- Experience delivering projects from concept to completion
- Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, design & construct environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Exposure to projects across Australia
