Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions. As a Mid-Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept development through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, and fellow designers to ensure the successful execution of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into innovative design concepts.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project logistics and ensure quality control.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
