Are you an experienced Wet Fire Project Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation, structured systems, and a secure pipeline of work?
I’m currently recruiting for a Minor Works Project Manager to join a highly organised fire protection business delivering fire orders, upgrades, refurbishments, and fit-out projects across commercial and mixed-use buildings.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong wet fire background who enjoys overseeing projects from tender stage through to completion, while focusing on client management and high-level project delivery rather than day-to-day site supervision.
You’ll work alongside dedicated site supervisors who will manage site operations, allowing you to focus on programme management, client relationships, commercial outcomes, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wet fire upgrade, fit-out, and fire order projects from tender handover through to completion
- Coordinate project delivery, procurement, programming, and client communication
- Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and variations
- Work closely with site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Strong background within wet fire systems and fire protection projects
- Previous experience managing upgrade, fit-out, or remedial fire projects
- Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle from tender to handover
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salary package of $150K + Super + Company Car
- Join a well-established business with strong systems and streamlined processes
- Dedicated site supervisors in place to support project delivery
- Secure pipeline of ongoing upgrade and fit-out work
- Supportive team environment with clear structure and long-term career stability
