This major upgrade will deliver a new multi-use facility, forming a key part of a wider precinct transformation.
Working within an established site team, the Nightshift Supervisor will play a critical role in managing evening operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising nightshift site operations across key work fronts
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing nightly work programmes
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental and quality standards
- Managing deliveries, logistics and access
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting nightly updates
- Maintaining strong communication with day shift teams to ensure seamless handover
- Driving productivity while maintaining the highest safety standards
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor / Foreman on commercial or major infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering works during nightshift or possession-style programmes
- Strong subcontractor coordination and sequencing capabilities
- Solid understanding of site safety, quality control and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
