An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Nightshift Supervisor to join a leading commercial construction contractor on a landmark project within Melbourne inner suburbs.
This is a fast-paced role overseeing night works on a major commerical development, requiring a hands-on supervisor who can drive productivity, maintain safety standards and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating nightshift site activities
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring programme milestones are achieved
- Driving site safety, quality and compliance standards
- Coordinating deliveries, access requirements and logistics
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to the project team
- Managing site documentation, permits and daily reporting
- Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and project personnel
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on commercial projects for a tier 1 / 2 contractor
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and construction methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work packages simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working on fast-track projects and tight programmes
- Current White Card and relevant site-based certifications
- Immediate start available
