The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing occupational hygiene programs, supporting compliance, and providing hands-on site assessments across a range of projects including construction, piling, demolition, and excavation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting occupational hygiene assessments (silica, dust, noise, vibration, etc.).
- Developing monitoring and reporting systems for exposure and environmental compliance.
- Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure WHS and environmental standards are met.
- Preparing reports, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with client audits and requirements.
- Roaming across project sites including the Central Coast, Wollongong, Rouse Hill, Western Sydney International Airport, and the Sydney CBD.
- Background in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certification (or working toward certification) in Occupational Hygiene.
- Strong understanding of WHS compliance, air quality monitoring, and silica exposure management.
- Confident communicator with excellent reporting and organisational skills.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
