This role is pivotal in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for the business and provide essential administrative support across projects, finance, and site teams.
About the role:
- General office administration and reception duties
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, events and site documentation
- Supporting tenders, marketing and social media
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting project teams with ad-hoc admin tasks
- Previous experience in an office administration role (construction experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Canva
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
- Up to $80k + Super
- Pyrmont location, convenient public transport links
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
