- Manage and oversee multiple maintenance jobs across various sites
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations
- Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate work and address site-specific requirements.
- Monitor progress across all sites, resolve on-site issues, and ensure minimal disruption to client's operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered.
- Demonstrate strong communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Mandatory position requirements
- Current Driver's License
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Experience within the construction industry
Additional requirements and/or highly desirable skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
