With a reputation built on delivering on their promises, our client is experiencing strong and sustained growth - and now, they’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager
to join their team.

You’ll be at the heart of operations, making sure that the right equipment gets to the right place, at the right time. You’ll lead a team that values communication, coordination, and quality service, while building strong relationships across clients, drivers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and scheduling the delivery and pickup of hire equipment to job sites
- Coordinating with drivers, site managers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitoring and updating equipment availability and hire schedules using the CRM system
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing delivery updates
- Ensuring accurate documentation for all hire transactions and returns
