- Location: Queensland, Brisbane CBD.
- Contract: Organisational Change / Specialist Organisational Change Lead
- Pay : $1000-$1220 per day
- Contract : Initial 3 months + extension
- Start date : ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, design and planning of complex organisational change initiatives, including business case development, organisational design, workforce impact analysis, and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Develop and execute implementation plans that support organisational restructuring, workforce transition and change adoption, while ensuring compliance with HR, industrial relations and consultation requirements
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement, establish governance frameworks, manage risks and issues, and ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation of change initiatives.
Ideal Background
- Extensive experience delivering complex organisational change programs.
- Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce transition and change management.
- Sound knowledge of HR, industrial relations, consultation obligations and workforce compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior executives.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Public Administration, Management or similar.
- Change Management, Project Management or Program Management certification highly regarded.
- Experience within QLD Government is essential.
