Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of organisation-wide OD and leadership initiatives
- Develop and maintain leadership frameworks, induction programs, and learning strategies
- Drive engagement surveys, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement tailored solutions
- Provide expert advice on organisational change, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
- Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
- Mentor and coach staff to build capability and embed best practices
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, HR, Learning & Development, or related field
- Proven experience in senior OD, change management, or capability roles
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive organisation-wide initiatives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
