A local council in Metro West are looking for an Organisational Development (OD) Officer
to support the development and implementation of learning initiatives across the organisation. Do you have previous experience as an L&D Officer with Acorn Learning Management Systems experience. If so this role could be for you. This 2-month contract role offers a great opportunity for flexibility and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of OD programs, including learning management systems (LMS), compliance training, employee engagement surveys, and diversity initiatives.
- Maintain and update OD resources, including the Learning Management System (Acorn experience highly desirable).
- Respond to OD-related queries and manage administrative tasks like data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of OD programs.
- Contribute to the development of OD policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Background in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources.
- Previous local government or state government experience required.
- Experience: Experience with LMS (Acorn highly desirable), L&D or HR roles, and supporting organisation-wide initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
