Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
- Contribute to culture-building and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislation & internal policy.
What They’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience working within a People and Culture environment.
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Attention to detail + proactive attitude
